Green line issue on note 20 ultra😭

"Sir, my phone is physically in perfect condition, there are no dents or damage.

I recently performed a Google Play system update, and after that, my phone automatically restarted. Suddenly, a vertical green line appeared on the screen.🥺

I called the nearby customer care, and they told me that I will need to replace the display, and it will cost me 22,000 rupees.😣😭

Sir, my salary is only 10,000 per month. And now my financial condition is not good. I bought this phone with great difficulty. I don't have 22,000 rupees to pay for the display.😔😔😭

Sir, please help me. I am really distressed because of this green line."😭😭😭

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I also faced the same issue, after samsung official updates july 2024, phone display started showing pink...green lines

Customer support after escalations they are not agreeing to gove discount for display replacement. 24000 they are asking..never spent money on this Shity device.
Samsung dont knows to make solid devices like Sony LG, i still hv flagships phones of lg and sony in very condition after 10 years...**bleep** u Samsung.. ill never buy Samsung again
