Service Policy for Line on Display Defect in Galaxy S20 and Note 20 series
1. It is decided to consider this issue for only a one-time FOC replacement of OCTA assembly along with the Battery and rework Kit in the above-said model until 30th Sep 2023.
2. This policy is applicable only for the phones purchased within 3 years from the date of purchase.
The final confirmation only be done by the service center after the physical inspection of the device.
