Galaxy Note 8 sensor issue after the september 2019 security patch update

After the September 2019 security patch update,all the sensors except the finger print,  stopped working in my Galaxy Note 8. Proximity sensor,Barometer,Gyroscope,Hall sensor,Iris Scanner,Accelerometer,all are stopped working. I performed *#0*# test, sensors are not responding in the *#0*# test. I am sure about that all these happened after the security update. Please help me.

Ok it's very pleasure to hear that you worked in the samsung technical support team. 2 users reported that they had motherboard problem and it is confirmed from the service center in this discussion.can u please read that ..do you think they are making rumours...Please check the YouTube also..You can see many users experiencing this motherboard problem after this update..now say something about this..
