Galaxy NoteAfter the September 2019 security patch update,all the sensors except the finger print, stopped working in my Galaxy Note 8. Proximity sensor,Barometer,Gyroscope,Hall sensor,Iris Scanner,Accelerometer,all are stopped working. I performed *#0*# test, sensors are not responding in the *#0*# test. I am sure about that all these happened after the security update. Please help me.

Galaxy NoteI don't know what to do..I called samsung customer care,chat with samsung agent, they all are helpless..Samsung is not responding about this issue .

Galaxy NoteYou can make a complaint by calling the customer care help line number, I will do the same. Its not our fault, the company should take the responsibility for this.So call the help line number and inform them about this issue.

Its motherboard problem, I replaced motherboard from samsung service center..now all sensors are working.

Galaxy NoteCan you please check the YouTube and there are videos about this issue. It's not simply a software problem,many of the users confirm that,after the update the motherboard got complaint..please check that videos and many discussions taken place about this issue in different community sites.Just Google about this and understand what is really happening

Galaxy NoteI am not mad brother. I purchased this device from saudia Arabia and the phone has no international warranty,so we can't avail warranty in India. Also I decided to inspect the device in the samsung service center in my current city,but before that I called the samsung customer care number and asked about the warranty details..They advised me that they actually don't know about the policy details,so if I change the OS in India,it may lead to void the warranty.So they suggested me to contact Saudi Arabia samsung community and clear the doubt about this. You can also check about this by calling the customer care number.now I am planning to send the device to Saudi Arabia through my friend
