Galaxy Note 8- Any Update on Fix? Please Share!!!

Friends, does anyone got the fix for recent July update glitch by Samsung? Or any update from Samsung? I tried all ways to reset the phone- but the issue is persistent. Also, no proper response from Samsung yet. If you got any solution, news or fix- please share here for everyone. Thank you.

Where has Samsung noted this issue? I do not see any proof where they have told they are working on a fix. I called the service center and they have no update from Samsung. No instructions for a fix. Everything is chargeable.

Right. Samsung service center guys are clueless and I have read in community that some are asked to replace motherboard for 22K. This is pure software blunder from Samsung and they should immediately release some update/news and a fix over it. Panic everywhere. Also, heard some A series phone facing same issue.

sorry i can't show u the proof , but the process is like we escalate the issue to team and then team just take care of it, actually it really a big issue phone is totally not usable , there are so much users are facing this issue, i am BA and i insured u that samsung is aware about this issue, plz have patience and manuj don't pay for it wait for some days, samsung will definitely take action on it on urgent basis,

Samsung need to officially acknowledge this issue first to calm the users down which they have not done. Customer care and service center have no clue. Timelines should be shared for the fix.

yeahh manuj i m totally agree with u ,but the point is first they have to insure about the issue , like why this happen and why not with all users, then they find a solution and after the assurance they can post an official wording on it,

check ur notice section samsung rolled out a notice regarding this issue, all the note8 user will get

Right Afzarul. I just received the notice. I hope they roll out an OTA fix for this instead of us visiting service center. Please keep us posted.
