Does anyone else feel after the beta update to android q that the ui elements like recents menu are not fluid ?

I heard somewhere that new ui is suppose to be more smoother than previous.

it is supposed to be. however there are so may stutters i feel bad having upgraded over my s8. at least the final pie on s8 did not stutter.

shuttering is a best feature of Samsung. no Matter how hard they try to get rid of it but it always come back.
