I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent issue with exchanging my Samsung phone( note 10 5g 8/256gb) . I wanted to exchange my old phone to buy a new one from Samsung site but it only allows 3rd party phone health diagnosis (cashify diagnosis ).
The issue is my phone only have 1 sim slot and 1 iemi no apparently that ask for 2 and shows error.
For cross verification I checked with Samsung members, phone health dignose has no issues it's 24/24 . As a Samsung user from past 10 years I wanted to again upgrade it to Samsung but it seems difficult now. I even have to cancel my order due to this issue.
Please #samsung help with this issue.

May be You can't exchange because your phone is out of country.

Just sell your phone in offline market and buy a new phone from there you will get better value for it and get good discount for new phone too.

2 years ago i sold my S20 plus at 25k and i purchased S22 plus at 60K so i just paid 35k for my new phone

Yes it's a Korean model , but value getting with Samsung is higher as compared to other dealers in market.

I have sold many samsung phones before i don't think so samsung will give better price not even amazon or cashify too. It depends on local shop keepers. I sold my phones in local shops they gave better price its my personal experience bro. Why don't you visit offline samsung shop? I think they will assist you well.

Sure I will try the local offline samsung shop. Just for curiosity do they also ask to cashify diagnosis
