Dear Samsung Administrator, 

Am waiting for my EVOUCHER since 25th Aug , I have pre-booked the device and claimed in Samsung Members application , phoned Samsung several times emailed several time till today no response, whats happening with my EVOUCHER?? Will you please respond to email or here ??

Hi provider says they don't have much role in it as the promo is directly from Samsung,

But then there is no consistency in the quality of service, why put so much energy into something that should really be quite simple to allocate, did they not think they would get a vast number of pre-orders? Did they not make provisions for this? Was there no system in place for voucher code allocations? This is frustrating. And whats annoying is that this is an experience everyone shares

@Maps_sam07 . kindly see the attached screen shots. I haven't received any update till today regarding the evoucher . I received email to redeem the UV sterilizer but the code is not doing the job am attaching the screen shot of that as well .

Maps_sam07 . I have sent the email as advised my concern is as per the terms and conditions the promotion ends on 19th September 2020 and told is already 15th September 2020 .

is their any other alternative way of contacting them directly ? If so please share the details . Thanks a lot in advance.

The promotion period expires for customers that stilll have not claimed, this does not mean that the voucher expires on this dates, you should received it soon once you have sent the mail. You can still use the voucher after the promotion period. 

 

Alternatively you may contact : 0860 726 7864 and use your tracking number to be put through to the Marketing team.

I did send the email yesterday afternoon itself after we had communicated here , till now no response from that side not even a auto response email that we received your email and our team will get back to you .
I will try giving them a call today and see what's happening.

having the same problem and all you get back is 24/72 hours. its like trying to get help from the labour department excuse after excuse
