Galaxy NoteIsn't it such a shame to SAMSUNG South Africa and SAMSUNG Global , even after been such a huge company they can't organize coupons and things in time . Today also I phoned the Online support the executive says its a backlog and hopefully samsung will solve it soon . I hope I will get my coupon and will be able to redeem it .
Am seeing this kind of complaints not only with Me and Note 20 Family even with the A series offers which Samsung announced, all the service providers advertise those offers in BOLD letters and after purchasing the device from them they don't even care for the coustomer anymore . I feel like it's purely a marketing gimmick nothing more than that ,Neither SAMSUNG nor the service provider takes the customer's seriously.

If you have already sent an email to zaestore@samsung.com with your tracking number, you will receive your voucher soon, Samsung is working on it. If not, please do mail it as soon as possible and await feedback from the marketing team via email.

Galaxy NoteHi I have already emailed zaestore@samsung.com on 15th of September@14.09 still awaiting for reply from SAMSUNG side. I have emailed SAMSUNG several times but never received any reply email yet . Hopefully samsung will sort this soon and I will be able to redeem Buds live.

Galaxy Noteso unite and let the hear how they have harmed consumers ...wasted time...money etc and also haven't fulfilled their obligations
let them answer
then it will reach the managers and supervisors ... regional and eventually international and once it reaches this level the lower level will hear ... because they should all be fired
why give jobs to useless individuals
have u heard of escalating every matter
its an easy way of getting nothing done and not answering nor tending to the matter
joke of service and as for consumer protection act ...let's ask for it to be implemented and our government should slap them with a few fines
then they will know the extent of their pathetic service to so so many customers

Since our last communication i contacted Samsung Care 3 times and still the answer is WE HAVE ESCALATED THE MATTER and one executive has even said that I will recieve my codes before end of Thursday (01/10/2020) , but Samsung is Samsung promises not fulfilled. Now I have no clue what must I do , should I speak to vodacom and arrange for cancelation of the contract and return the device .

Galaxy NoteThe online Estore Voucher which according to Samsung team is approved but still am waiting for sms or email from them so that I can redeem it . Is their any email id or contact details which I can contact and get a response by when I can expect the codes . last time when I spoke to Samsung they promised me that i will recieve it by last week Thursday which I havnt received yet . Kindly suggest what else I have to do to get those codes ??
