Samsung i had spent more than 1 lakh on this note ultra device and the only reason why i did it because of samsung display... On this ultra model what i have come through after research that because of your software tweaks we are getting natural or dull colors on the screen which i am not liking at all neither any use of note 20 ultra.... So please through software upgrade fix it otherwise i will switch to iphone and my friends too...

I am going through the same issue and it is very frustrating cause I am a photographer and all my photos look weird/washed out.
I hope it is a software issue and samsung can fix it ASAP.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

From Settings, tap Display, and then tap Screen mode. Tap Vivid or Natural.

Next, adjust the slider to make the display look cooler or warmer. Tap Advanced settings to manually adjust the screen's color. Please be aware you can only adjust the White balance and Advanced settings while in Vivid mode.

Note: Vivid may not be available if you have the Blue light filter turned on.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
