Display Problem in Galaxy Note 9

I am using Note 9 and suddenly since past few days anytime during the day the display becomes blurred with lines and yellowish in colour. When you increase the brightness to maximum level it becomes normal. 
Can anyone help to resolve the issue

To resolve the issue kindly follow the given below steps:-


1. Check device in safe mode:- Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.


2. Reset the device:- Settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Yes but they don't recognize your appointment as we called in morning and informed.  May be they are not trained to understand what's appointment given by company and secondly who is samsung Note 9 customer. Very pathetic experience but still we tried by visit also around 2 pm where  we get reply to first take token between 10 to 12 then be in Q. If mobile is having a smallest problem it makes ones life disruption especially when it is used for business, banking etc as all in one. My one simple suggestion is ADEQUATE TRAINING TO CUSTOMERS CARE AND TREAT CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. MOREOVER PRICES OF PARTS , ACCESSORIES IF TO BE REPLACED SHOULD BE SUBSIDIZED AND NOT DOUBLE TRIPLE AS DONE. my phone got issue in last 10 days and in less than 2 year of purchase. Phone is not sturdy so easy to find faults with customer of moisture, fallen etc as preventive measures.

Please Join only if you are facing the Display discoloration or Overheating or horizontal lines on display when the brightness is set to low. All these issues are started recently after software update, not by any accidental or physical damage to display.

Tried with customer care with their pickup paid service as they assured FOC REPAIRS but later said it fails on water test do cant help. to pay 17500 with 3 months warranty. I amcwelk aware that this is IP68 COMPLIED WATER RESISTANT TEST. SO company have excuses, selectively they have allowed. in telegram there is big common group of world customers facing same issue fighting for this. company ignores customers who have paid high amount on purchase and no one checked whether it passes WATER test or what is IP68 COMPLIANT PHONE. VERY PATHETIC AND NO CUSYOMER FRIENDLY APPEOACH BUT LOOTING CUSTOMERS FIRST ON PURCHASE THEN ON PARTS
