Discoloration and horizontal lines on the display

After the recent update, when I keep using my phone, it shows horizontal lines while using and I tried the Always on Display trick and it worked but it's still not solved. It worked temporarily. I don't know what to do now. If I go to samsung service centre they ask me to pay INR 20k. And in this lockdown I can't do anything. So please help me out. The problem is shown in the picture attached.

There is no help. Only way is to replace display or visit SC after lockdown and tell them to solve. Good luck
