Contact Indexing

Is anyone facing this issue of contact indexing? I am unable to search for specific contacts. It's been more than 2 months, sent error log 3 times with screenshots and video. However, the tech support keep asking to resend the error log again & again. They're hopeless! 

Anybody has a solution to this?? Thank you

Not at all. Try clearing the cache and data of contacts app.

Really? That's great... what's ur take on the battery life? That's one of my main gripe with N20U... also my s-pen after charging has a burning smell probably from the s-pen plastic tip..

Also, now I noticed, my spen is having a little burning smell. Any idea why is it?

Just read some posts on reddit. Some people said this smell comes off all devices which has coil for wireless charging.
