Connectivity issues and Contact Search

Problem 1 ~ Frequent Call fails and multiple attempts to get connected. Many times do not receive important phone calls.  

Problem 2 ~ Contact search option throw a msg stating * we are indexing your contacts to make search better, but you will have to search for exact names till that's done. I never had such issues in iPhone.

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issues:

> Remove SIM card and then check by reinserting it

> Change the Network operator search and check.( Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Automatic/Manual)

> Perform the clear cache of contact app (Settings>>apps>>tap on top 3 corner dots>>show system app>>contact app>>storage>>clear cache)

> Perform the reset settings (Settings >General management >Reset >Reset settings)
