Black Screen..

My note20ultra 5g turns the screen into black..😭

Im just watching netflix on the way home, then suddenly display is gone.. I thought battery is empty.. but I just charged it before I leave from my work., I dont know what happen..😭😭

I went to samsung customer care in Dubai Mall. They said the problem is display., i didnt even drop it.! They are asking 1,045aed for the screen replacement because its out of the warranty., and it will take 2weeks before they fix it because the spare parts is not available...😓😔

This is the first time thats happen to me... why samsung doing this...?😥😥😥

Is there anyone facing this issue?

I own Note20Ultra for the past 2 years and I had dropped it more than 10 times now. Always had a case though. 3 times, it was a severe fall. But till now no issues. By the way, my Note20Ultra is using Snapdragon 865+
