Camera/screen bugs?

Hi. Im using Note9. Recently, everytime I use camera/video there is always black item appear on screen. It wasnt coming from lens, my lens was clean. I restarted my phones couples time but the problem is still there. Even I download camera apps in PlayStore, doesnt change. It also appears when I finished took picture or video, so annoying. Need help
