Battery issue

I have been using galaxy note 9 from 2 years, and it's feel like regret to purchase any Samsung smartphone.

Now a days, battery doesn't last more than 2 hours, multiple charging problem, overheating issues.

Feels like it will blast at the moment when I plug this in charging.

Also it is showing fast charging but battery percent doesn't increases as you can see in scrennshots.

Total waste of money.

Worst phone brand.

Time for you to reset your phone to factory default. You will surely be a happy person. I did it and my phone battery issues are almost over. Good luck
