Battery Drain Issues

So..the thing is on my Galaxy Note 8 I've been experiencing some serious battery drain issues after the battery hits at 15% charge, the percentage of the battery drops like water dripping from a fully opened tap, and it literally went from 15% to 5% in literally no more than 30 seconds.....should this be happening with my device? Is anyone other than me experiencing this type of battery drain?
