When i made a call or i recieve a call phone got stuck for few seconds , i am unable to disconnect or answer the call at that moment  i did factory reset also, cache clear also please find a solution It would be appreciated 

My Samsung  s9 battery  performance is very poor since one ui beta program and in stable verson same happening , from 20 to 0 percentage  within 2-3 minutes , iam frustrated   , i used all the steps to save battery but nothing  working
