Audio issue

When bluetooth disconnected from phone the media audio is only coming from ear piece not from the speakers and again after connecting the tws then also the audio is from ear piece only not from the tws please solve my issue

Hi which are you using? From when using you are facing this issue

The audio is coming only from the ear piece even the volume is max not from the sterio speakers after the reboot it is coming from sterio speakers
