App update paused after One UI 4.1 update

Keep getting this annoying error message every 5 minutes.

This started after updating to One UI 4.1 a few minutes back. 

I've tried the following, but it hasn't helped.

1. Restarted the phone.
2. Disconnect wifi and use 4G.
3. Play Store network preferences set to update over any network.
4. Used the 'Wait for Wi-Fi' and 'Use data' actions on the notification (doesn't do anything)

Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this? This is really annoying.

I have disabled galaxy store. So if you disbaled it then first enable galaxy store. Then open galaxy store and download Samsung notes and after few minutes you will not get that notification. If you are getting the notification even after downloading then click on use data. Restart your device and your good to go

I am getting the notification for samsung notes app, which I never installed and even after installing restarting. The same problem. I was having bad feeling when updating to one ui 4.1

I have disabled galaxy store. So if you disbaled it then first enable galaxy store. Then open galaxy store and download Samsung notes and after few minutes you will not get that notification. Dear useless Samsung Team,

 

Just post the solution for the **bleep** problem in your website and make it available the first thing people search for it. Since many have gotten the same problem and in the next update make it a choice not to update any of your build in useless apps and most users does not use.

We are also waiting for your apologies for making  our life harder.

For me I had to open the kids app then settings -> about app and from there update the app, this fixed the issue
