App update paused after One UI 4.1 update

Keep getting this annoying error message every 5 minutes.

This started after updating to One UI 4.1 a few minutes back. 

I've tried the following, but it hasn't helped.

1. Restarted the phone.

2. Disconnect wifi and use 4G.

3. Play Store network preferences set to update over any network.

4. Used the 'Wait for Wi-Fi' and 'Use data' actions on the notification (doesn't do anything)

Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this? This is really annoying.

Click on use data..
It will not use your mobile data, and work on wifi..
This is a general bug available on every phone, so don't be afraid..
If this worked, then mark me as solution..

I did try the 'use data' button, but it didn't work.

Turns out, I had never setup the Samsung Kids Home app and that’s why it wasn't getting updated.

Ok, so I finally figured it out. 😂

I had never setup the Samsung Kids app. I had to enable it, set it up and it was updated successfully after that. 🙄

Kids home restricts some functions so kids can use phone without any hindrance

Even I am getting the same notification every 30seconds. I tired both wait for wifi and use data, Restarted phone, Installed Samsung note Nothing worked. It started after updating to 4.1

Oops, I just saw your screenshot. 😃

The issue is with the Samsung notes add-on.

I assume it must be some sort of plug in for the notes app. You'll have to enable it before the update can complete
