note 9 software update problem

in my mobile the download is completed, but still it is showing download paused, and if i tap the download button it is saying please wait... help me to solve this plss

First disconnect any connected wifi network, switch off the mobile then restart and connect with stable wifi network.
try to update again.

or backup your data and do hard reset then try again.

Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue-

> Make sure the internet speed of the device should be maximum.

> check the internal storage of the device, it should be sufficient for update.

> Check for the software update with the help of Smart switch PC Suite as well. You can download the PC Suite from the below link:
http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch/
Note: Don’t disconnect your mobile phone from PC at the time of software Installation.
