I paid almost 1 lakh for my Note 20 Ultra 5G but still 5g not showing in jio 5g network services its shows "its Seems your device not 5g compatible please purchase 5g device". Its showing pathetic update policy of samsung that even when starting my Note 20 Ultra showing" Note 20 Ultra 5g" but still my device Not 5g compatible

Atleast samsung have to Give extra waitage to those customer those feels robed by samsung. As samung first Shows 4g smart phone as 5G devices. After it just turned back. Sir if you want indian customers loyal with you. Then you have to take care of it. Because since i took my first smartphone in 2011 i always rely on Samsung even that time samsung hang much more then other smartphones in the market. But your pathetic services force me to move on other brands because i think customer retention difficult task for samsung now a days.

My cousin is using S20 FE 5G and he is using Jio 5G. Even a mid range phone supports 5G that was released after Note 20 Ultra. I remember in a post they mentioned an update will be released after Jan 15th and no update yet.
