Samsung is working rigorously to release Software Updates on all eligible devices. 5G devices will get Software Update to Enable 5G Services as soon as possible. Please stay tuned for the update. * As of 23rd Jan 2023, 5G Software (FOTA) update is released for following device models.

My area is having jio 5G but it says even if samsung galaxy note 20 ultra is 5G phone it does not support jio true 5G. Phone is updated on latest version 13 but still its not working. Please provide solution.
