Samsung is working rigorously to release Software Updates on all eligible devices. 5G devices will get Software Update to Enable 5G Services as soon as possible. Please stay tuned for the update. * As of 23rd Jan 2023, 5G Software (FOTA) update is released for following device models.

Is there 5g available in your city.

I live in a 5g area and samsung has confirmed my phone supports airtel 5g but I am unable to get it

Reasons behind it may be very low 5g network available in your area and airtel use NSA bands so your note 20 ultra automatically switch to 4G+

Than try Sim Re- inserting and airtelthanks app and tap on explore 5g

I did that then it comes ,"yay you live in a 5g area , now let's check the hardware" and then doesn't proceed from there

Eject your Sim and Re-insert it. Than install service configuration sent by airtel and try again.

Check it in your massage app and tap on 3 dots and tap on configuration massage and install them.
