why can't I disable "Swipe down for Notification panel" feature?

so I had enabled this setting to test it out but I disabled it soon.
As you can see in the screenshot It is Disabled but the Notification panel still responds to the UP and DOWN movements done on lockscreen button. why so? how can i disable it for good?

this feature enables you to bring notification panel down not only from top anywhere when you swipe down in home screen when it is disabled then
swipe down open app screen

unable to understand you brother. But yes my finger print scanner is on lock screen button itself.

now I understand your problem
first open settings
then go in advance features options
then click on motion and gestures
there you find finger sensor gesture
turn it off
it solve your problem

is your device has side mounted finger print scanner
