by this option you can lock your mobile remotely, it is very useful when your phone theft or lost
but all you can do by find my device option

are you using any app lock or security apps? if yes then 2nd option may be from that app

I know about Find my phone app but I am curious about the second app, named: Screen Lock Service,

I dont have any dedicated security app.. so is it a Spy app??????

not spy app but its come from any other downloaded apps
so in my opinion you no need to enable this option untill and unless you know it exactly.
and first option is enough
