Dear Samsung Customer Support, I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with my Samsung phone. While I am receiving phone calls, the incoming call is not being displayed on my screen, which is causing me to miss important calls. Even though my phone is ringing, I am unable to answer it or see who is calling me as there is no display. This issue is causing me inconvenience and frustration, and I am hoping that you can provide a solution to resolve this problem. I have tried restarting my phone, checking the settings, and updating the software, but the issue persists. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know what steps I can take to fix this issue or if there is anything else I can do to troubleshoot the problem. I would appreciate any advice or support you can provide.
