Dear Samsung Support,
 I am writing to report a green line and pink line that suddenly appeared on the screen of my Samsung Galaxy M52 5G. This happened after a recent software update and without any physical damage or drop.
 
 I have noticed that this is a widespread issue affecting many Samsung phones with AMOLED displays. I believe this is a manufacturing defect, and I kindly request a free screen replacement under Samsung’s customer goodwill or any existing service program.
 
 I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for many years and have always trusted the brand for its quality and innovation.Please help resolve this at the earliest
