overheating issue

Thank you Samsung for providing me a heater in the form of Samsung galaxy m31.what  a phone this is . In just 5 minutes of usage of any app this phone heats up . Thanks to outdated exynos 9611. I will never buy a Samsung phone . Thank you.

How can you be so sure that Exynos 9611 is the issue? How can you ve so sure that just because it is outdated, its having issues?

bro i am facing this issue since last month. i have gone to the service center 3 times. they first gave me software update then replaced my mother board . still the issue persist

It is an inbuilt heater.
The M31 is not as well optimized as the M31s and is one of the reasons that it is hot like an iron and you can use it for ironing your clothes. I don't care for Samsung's midrange phones because they are room heaters.
