I am a all time Samsung User, never used any other brand's Smartphone as a primary device. I love Samsung products and innovation. But recently my father bought an Oppo Smartphone (Model: Oppo K13X 5G, I am specifically mentioning model So that you can know how much is the difference between these two devices) which software fluidity is much better than my current Samsung Galaxy device. I am Currently using Galaxy M35 5G which is more costly than that cheap Oppo device. But still the software fluidity and animations are better in that oppo device. That cheap device feels buttery smooth than my Galaxy M35. My device feels laggy compared to that Oppo device. I am very disappointed because of this. I know One UI 7 make the software fluidity and animations much better than previous One UI versions, But still we deserve much better than this.
Also there is much better AI features in Gallery app in that oppo device (Not talking about Samsung flagship AI, I am comparing defferent price segment device so don't tell that Samsung AI is best. But You have to accept that Samsung don't provide those flagship AI features to Mid-budget range Smartphones especially in M and F series), although the features won't work without internet connection. I know Samsung don't use cloud AI processing, they use On device AI processing which is much better in the case of privacy. But Atleast make the Object Eraser better. Also the amazing Remaster feature is not working properly after the One UI 7 which is much more disappointing.
Last but not the least, the overheating and quick battery drain issue still persists, Now after One UI 7 the performance drop is very significant.
I hope you will understand this problem and take proper actions to make Samsung mid range devices best than any other brands.
Atleast they should fix the bugs.. The Remastering pictures feature is not working after One UI 7.0 update and also heating issue persists and moreover Samsung gave a security update after One UI 7.0 update but they can't fix any bugs. This is very disappointing.
