overheating issue

Thank you Samsung for providing me a heater in the form of Samsung galaxy m31.what  a phone this is . In just 5 minutes of usage of any app this phone heats up . Thanks to outdated exynos 9611. I will never buy a Samsung phone . Thank you.

I'd used the M31. Never had heating problems then.

By the way, if you search Google with the word "overheat" against any phone model, you're going to find complaints.

You probably got the bad apple. Some manufacturing defect, maybe. The one bad one from the lot.

may be if it is defective then why service center is not able to repair it.

Realme Community app. There are complaints about heating there, too. Whatever forum of whatever brand, you're going to find these complaints. It's a common complaint across the board. That was my point.

However, that's not to say your phone doesn't have a major fault. It likely does, from the way you've framed it. And I do stand my belief that you got the bad apple. The guys at the service center are probably just not skilled enough to pinpoint the problem. They're probably trained on just the common problems that arise and yours is not in their training manual.

Whatever, I hope your problem gets sorted out. If not, switch to another brand maybe?

that's why people choose Samsung over any other brand although they can get better features from other brand. Samsung is known for a
sales after service. i hope you got my point

The personnel at the service center. They've probably never dealt with this problem before. Since it's persisted after changing the motherboard, as you've said, I believe they're devoid of ideas now. Not in their training manual, I guess.

What you need, I believe, is an expert. Someone like Jerry. Though that doesn't seem feasible either.

but my trust over Samsung is just gone. And to worsen the problem my phone heats up quickly in just 5 mins of fast charging
