Galaxy M4G range is always much lower than 3G or 2G but sadly, our country still has a major problem when it comes to a seamless network coverage and speeds. Although data is cheap as compared to other countries, it seems 4G has not yet reached a certain maturity stage in India. If you check other carriers around the globe, in reviews or videos, 4G is way faster there and has an excellent network coverage. Last year, I was in Dubai for around 10 days and the 4G coverage and speed I got while I was there was mindblowing!
All the telecom companies in India, including the "famous" Reliance Jio, have failed to provide the best 4G coverage that the technology offers. We are not able to use it optimally. The world is moving to 5G, and we are still struggling with 4G :(

Galaxy MDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
Thank you for writing to Samsung.
Warm Regards,
