m31s hangs while using whatsapp

Since two days my Samsung  m31s is hanging  while using whatsapp. While typing  a  message  it literally  hangs out and I can do nothing. Also it restarts itself while using Maps.

bro it may be due to software bugs, please try to wipe out the cache partition in recovery mode.

you can do is
long press on WhatsApp icon>app info>storage >clear cache, back to settings >click on force stop >restart and then observe

did you try wipe cache partition if not then do once and then observe

Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.
