Samsung M34 Internet calls not working properly

After the recent One UI 6.0 update there is calling issue while using WhatsApp, Instagram, Meet, Teams, and even the Samsung Keyboard keeps stopping on work profile. The call gets connected and even after having stable internet connection the voice transmission to the hearing party is broken. I'm able to hear their voice but my voice appears broken to them.

Dear OmThakkar,
Internet Calls need High-Speed Network Transmission to work properly. As we all know that, new updates will always use internet in order to make contact with their server for the upcoming security updates. I'd like to say you that if you are using a Mobile Data connection, it will not work properly.
In order, use WLAN connection. Mark me solution please 🙏.

Sir, Understand one thing. If one person is facing this issue I can understand this is network issue. If many people are facing the same issue after Android update, then obviously something issue with the software update. Also Im usiing whatsapp call almost for last 3 years but I never faced any issue. And now you are telling that internet speed is not enough. FYI, Zoom call also not working. Voice is breaking.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Disconnect all accessories
Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like, a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.
Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device. (If any)

Restart the device and record your voice to verify: Press & hold the power key > Restart > Tap again to Restart your phone.

Record your voice by using "Voice recorder" and play the recorded audio > Voice Recorder > Tap on the recording to record your voice then tap on Stop to save the recording > Save.
Select and tap on recently recorded audio to hear the audio quality.
Note: If the recorded audio quality is good, then your microphone is working fine.

Check your device in safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

Reset your device: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-mobile-how-to-perform-a-factory-res...

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

I have been facing the same issue. No resolution till now.

I have tested my microphone and my microphone is working fine.

Happening same on M34 post One UI 6.0 update. Either voice is not coming or breaking. Whatsapp, Instagram etc. Was working fine before update. Reboots aren't helping either.


Microphone is fine and Network is same as exisiting.


Any update or information ?
