Worst experience with Samsung

I never expected such bad experience with Samsung. I am using Samsung M32 which cost me 15k , but the features they provide are worst.

Here are what I felt bad in Samsung:

1. Screenshot: why do I use my whole palm for screenshot. Why they simply give three finger screenshot like other brands.

2. Splitting screen: swipe both back and recent button for splitting. What non sense is this? In other brand you can split just by holding recent button.

3. Screen recorder: What's wrong with Samsung they are not providing screen recorder even in 15k phone, even Xiaomi realme have this feature in 5k phones also.

4. No option for turning off camera shutter sound : why I always put my phone on silent to mute shutter sound.

5. Internet speed meter: they don't have this option too 😐

6. Video recorder: why they don't giving option to record at 1080 60fps and 4k recoding, even I have 64MP camera.

7. Navigation gestures **bleep**: navigation works very bad , it lags a lot while switching in apps

8. Heating issue: phone heats like hell during using more than 1 hour

9. App crashes: even gallery crashes during photo editing

10. Fast charging not supported, I have to wait 2-3hours for full charge what nonsense is this?

11. Pop up view: pop up view is useless, while resizing pop window why everyone remains as it is large? Which is unusable.

12. Built quality: why so bad built quality, a lot a scratch on my back, and even in small rain phone speaker stopped working.

13. Sound recorder: automatically deletes recoded sounds, I don't know whats wrong with Samsung

14. Face unlock: it doesn't work properly, I have to wait a lot for unlocking my device via face unlock

15. Pocket mode : it **bleep**, in my pocket phone automatically calls emergency numbers and heats a lot

16. Performance: its hell worst, it lags a lot even if loads a lot for opening apps like WhatsApp. After reboot it takes a lot of time , even after boot it shows starting phone loading sign, what hell is this?

17. Dual app: not working for other apps except WhatsApp Facebook telegram.

18. Flight mode : it lags like hell, on tapping flight mode I have to wait 4-5 seconds. How slow is this?

19.very less camera modes, video recording lags and frequent frame drops in video.

20. system apps works poor : even alarm not rang many times.

21. File manager: it **bleep** no feature of unzipping folders.

22. Notification panels **bleep**: why so small icons? 

23. Screen casting: It lags a lot during casting on my TV, even my 7K Xiaomi works smoothly.

24. Finger print sensor: it don't works many times I put my finger over there. And why the hell they only provided 3 fingers? Every brand have 5 finger option.

25. Themes and wallpaper: Why I have to pay money for setting custom themes? Every brand have free themes and wallpaper.

26. Hiding apps : why so complicated? Why I have to open hidden apps everytime by unhiding again and again?

27. No app lock feature: privacy **bleep**

28. Proximity sensor don't work properly during call.

Why Samsung have a lot of problems?

I am frustrated with Samsung experience 

I will not going to purchase any Samsung device in future again.

1. For easy screenshot you may use assistant menu etc
2. Not sure about other brands
But i don't think it will take too much time to press recent > app icon > split screen

Or if you use some apps in split screen you may add the split qpps pair to home screen (* or edge panel )

3. I don't think there's any device around 5k

However yes it is available to full one ui only, but unfortunately your device doesn't have it .

4. You may put only system sound to zero to mute the camera shutter sound

5. They should give , but it is not available as of now

6. Again sadly your device doesn't allow to do that
But certain devices have the features eg my a70 have

7. Please provide a error report with the logs from the help section of the app .
And wait kindly because log may be of long size .
And please send within 15 min

8 ,9 . Similarly please send the log file

10. It can't be modified, its a hardware based service

However a pop up is resizable

12. It's your choice issues

Theres many device available from Samsung , you have to chose accordingly eg you may choose a34 , 54 and other similar devices

And for water issues you should go with any water resistant device eg A34

15. You may use accidental touch protection ( if available) , it is available for A70

16. It shouldn't lag to open whatsapp, please check which apps are using memory in background

Or check the device storage

And one system should start na , is it magic or anything every os need to be started, some ui show starting some ui doesn't

17. Because dual app is only available for some selected apps

18. Bhai its not the light speed ...
The device have to shut down all the connectivity, so 2 to 3 is needed

19. More camera modes are only available in full ui ,
Please send a error report to the video issues

20 . Its not possible that alarm didn't rang , please check

21. Zipping & unzipping folders to zip & 7z available please check for any updates

22. Customization of icon size etc only available via goodlock to full one ui only

23. You may use smart view

24. Please re register your fingerprint

25. Samsung also have may free themes and wallpaper only certain are paid ,
And all these are mostly managed by 3rd party

26. If you easily find the hidden apps , what's the point to hide it

27. App lock only available to full ui via S secure

28. Please send error reports.

Yes, there are some "quarks" with this phone or any budget phone for that matter. But in my opinion it's a well balanced phone in this budget. You're getting an amoled screen, 6000mah battery, decent camera etc. If you want more software features you'll lose hardware features like sim+sim+sd card slot, headphone jack and then complain about that.

I'm not on the side of Samsung here. It's how the smartphone market is today. I personally want to buy a 25k or higher phone with a headphone jack but there is not many.

Most of the software features that you're talking about would be available on A & S series phones. You can use One Hand Operation+ for better navigation gestures.

But Applock, Screen record, Internet speed meter should be available on every price point at this time.

If you have registered your fingerprint in winter or dry weather it struggles in humid or sweaty conditions and vice versa.

Accidental touch & proximity sensors started malfunctioning since they put them under the screen instead of under the glass like how it used to be.

I use my phone on wifi most of the time and it doesn't heat that much but it gets really hot when on data.

The moral of the story is, the other side of the pond always looks greener. No matter which company & price point phone you buy there will be some problems. We only go to the same forum as our own phone so we are unable to understand what everyone else is facing.
