fast charging vs normal charging? battery efficiency

Can i improve screen on time if i charge in normal charging mode.? Any difference with fast charging? 

Also I wanted to know when to start charging and upto what percentage to charge for battery safety and efficiency

yes in normal charging mode battery backup is better from fast charging mode

Try to normal charge, fast charge only when needed. I prefer to keep battery within 40 to 90%.

bro both are better.....but it's better to use normal charging if possible.... fast charging produce extra heat which can minimize battery health later

If you're planning to use your phone for more than a year or two. Then only you have to charge your device in normal mode. Otherwise you can charge it fast. Charge your device between 20 to 90 % it's good for battery health. You can also top up your battery from 40 or 50 % to 90% It will not harm your battery.
