Why my phone dont have a Battery Saver.

I know that samsung has power saving mode but I want a battery saver like the one in vivo xiomi phones. They have two options - Battery Saver and Ultra Battery Saver while in samsung we only get ultra battery saver.

Ultra battery saver is there but it is present in the options of power saving mode and enable last option of psm ie limit apps and home screen.
