Why Samsung's Ultimate Battery saver is tucked away in battery saver without it's own notification icon??

I go out everyday and sometimes I want to use ultimate battery saver when I forget to charge the device. Now with One UI 6.0, I have to go to settings tick a box that says limit to home screen apps so my existing battery saver will become ULTRA BATTERY SAVER. Wrong move Samsung, don't kill a feature and tuck it away hidden in settings considering people actually use it pretty oftenly. I used to use this feature on old Samsung devices when phone temps we're hot.
Now my phone still get's hot but it's very difficult to use ultimate battery saver!!
