All other phones of phones have full bars and tests high speed in speed tests, same with wifi. But samsung is sooo slow! It takes forever to load a website, can't even play a YouTube video. Wifi signal drop exponentially when I move away. I download stuff within seconds with my wifi on my old phone but now the speed is so slow. I had given up on using my WiFi.
I have tried resetting network settings, hard resetting phone, turning off 5G, tried using ulta data saver, etc. Nothing works. I ordered this phone on Samsung website and i think they've given me a defective product. I regret spending so much money on this phone and not being able to do anything. I'm never buying a samsung again.
The phone heats up even when I'm simply charging it! No background apps running! Battery performance is so fking poor! I got fooled so hard!

It works fine for me. The wifi works fine and in my region I get speeds upto 6 mbps using phone's internet which is on the higher side here. Also, there no heating issue even while light video editing or charging or anything. Try visiting the service centre.
