Hanging and restart problem in M02s

I am facing problem  of restart and hanging in my Samsung M02s....how to solve this problem..is there any easy solution.

अगर अभी जल्द ही में android 12 का update आया है तो 1 हफ्ता wait करो फिर factory reset कर दो, अगर update नहीं भी आया है तो भी factory reset कर दो और बिना काम की apps मत install करो!
