"It seems that Samsung hasn't resolved the internet issue in the August security update. My Galaxy M34 has poor connectivity compared to other Samsung devices. In the same location, it struggles to catch 5G networks while others connect seamlessly. I've also noticed similar issues with 4G and the signal strength indicator. Additionally, I've experienced significantly slower download and upload speeds on my M34 compared to other devices in the same area. I urge the Samsung team to address these connectivity and speed problems as soon as possible."

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Check Mobile Network: Settings> Connections>Mobile networks> Network mode> Select 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect).

Check Network Operator: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> Network operators> Select automatically.

Check Data Roaming: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> Data roaming to enable it, if disabled.

Reset network settings: Settings> General management> Reset> Reset network settings> Reset settings> Unlock your screen> Reset.

Check another network operator SIM: If the issue has not been resolved, then get in touch with the network operator and try to check with another network operator SIM.
Note: kindly contact your network service provider once to make sure there is no issue from their end.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

I don't even get 4G. The phone shows a G sign and data does not work. Even calls fail many times. Same sim works perfectly fine in another handset. Another sim also faces same problem in my handset. I thought it's an airtel problem and was bothering customer care for a while until i realized its a handset problem.

I am running the latest software and have tried all network settings mentioned here. Still fails. Do you have any plans to address these issues soon, Samsung?

True. It's a big issue with M34 mobile. A special update should be rolled out to solve this major problem.
