first factory reset your phone .after that if your problem still there. go to local shop/service center  .and flash your mobile software..after this if problem still here .then it might be your motherboard problem,..

As your device is freezing and restarting automatically, so we suggest you to follow some basic steps,

Steps:

Step 1: Check space availability
Go to, Settings > Device Care > Storage

Step 2: Check memory availability
Go to, Settings > Device care > Memory.

Step 3: Clear app cache through Device care:
Go to, Settings > Device care > Storage > Clean Now

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL

Step 4: Close Background Apps

Step 5: Remove third party application
Go to, Settings > Tap on Apps > Select the third-party application from Apps > Tap on Uninstall

Step 6: Remove memory card,
Go to, Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount

1. Pull out the tray gently from the tray slot.
2. Remove the memory card.
3. Insert the tray back into the tray slot

Step 7: Disable power saving mode

Step 8: Check device in safe mode:
a. Power off the device.
b. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn
on the device.
c. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume
down key.
*If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.
Exit safe mode: Hold volume down and power key for at least 5 seconds to force the device to restart.

Step 9: Check for software update:
Go to, Settings > Software update > Download and install > Check for software update > Download and install (if available)

Step 10: Reset the device:
Go to, Settings > General Management > Reset
*Kindly create data backup of your device before resetting.

If same issue persist we request you to visit service center as they will diagnose the device thoroughly and will provide the best resolution, rest assured the issue will be resolved.

You can locate the service center using the link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Replacing motherboard is the only solution according to samsung.
Poor quality products.

This is samsung, never buy a samsung device again.

sometimes there is no problem with motherboard. actually service center's want some profit that why they told you for replacing the motherboard. my personal suggestion. 1)always clean your internal storage .you can use sd card for storing data

2)after every  update always factory reset your phone

3) if problem still there go to local mobile repairing shop  and tell them to flash your mobile software. cost around 250-300rs

4) after flashing most of the problem is solve. if not then there is only one way that is replacing your motherboard  .

This shows the standard on Samsung. No pain to the service centre person. Simply through the board by removing 4 screws and replace with other one.
