Galaxy MAs your device is freezing and restarting automatically, so we suggest you to follow some basic steps,
Steps:
Step 1: Check space availability
Go to, Settings > Device Care > Storage
Step 2: Check memory availability
Go to, Settings > Device care > Memory.
Step 3: Clear app cache through Device care:

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL
Step 4: Close Background Apps
Step 5: Remove third party application

Step 6: Remove memory card,
Go to, Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount
1. Pull out the tray gently from the tray slot.
2. Remove the memory card.
3. Insert the tray back into the tray slot
Step 7: Disable power saving mode
Step 8: Check device in safe mode:
a. Power off the device.
b. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn
on the device.
c. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume
down key.
*If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

Galaxy Msometimes there is no problem with motherboard. actually service center's want some profit that why they told you for replacing the motherboard. my personal suggestion. 1)always clean your internal storage .you can use sd card for storing data
2)after every update always factory reset your phone
3) if problem still there go to local mobile repairing shop and tell them to flash your mobile software. cost around 250-300rs
4) after flashing most of the problem is solve. if not then there is only one way that is replacing your motherboard .
