Touch Issue in Galaxy M20

Some Times My Galaxy M20 Freezes for 2 mins and it will be normal again. And one more thing is that My Galaxy M20 Screen is operating itself I don't know why it itself launches phone app and do something! Is this the Hardware Problem or can be fixed with Some Software Update.?

I can't able to play PUBG MOBILE in my phone. Sometimes I can't swipe on either sides. I got a touch response problem. So please hive an update to fix it or suggest some ideas other than resetting the phone to fix this lag issue. I beg you pardon please.🙏🙏🙏🙏

Same bro....Even I'm unable to play pubg... sometimes you cant aim while you walk and sometimes you cant walk while you aim.. Please fix this touch issue Samsung.
