Touch Issue in Galaxy M20

Some Times My Galaxy M20 Freezes for 2 mins and it will be normal again. And one more thing is that My Galaxy M20 Screen is operating itself I don't know why it itself launches phone app and do something! Is this the Hardware Problem or can be fixed with Some Software Update.?

1) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset App Preference.
2) Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.
3) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Select app >> Clear Cache.
4) Run the device in the safe mode.

Yes, issue's was solved after replacing the Display.

I too have the same issue.... Though it wasn't there from the start. I think it may be a software issue. Please resolve this soon Samsung.

Having the same problem, but it freezes for 5 seconds or less. Also when typing. Bought it 3 weeks ago 😞
