I am currently using the Spigen PE2300 GaN 35W Wall Charger, along with the cable that was included in the box when I purchased my Samsung Galaxy M35 5G on July 22nd. I've noticed a concerning issue: whenever I touch the tip of the charger cable while the charger is plugged in, I experience an electric shock.

Initially, I suspected that the charger might be defective, so I replaced it with a new one. Unfortunately, the problem persists.

I used the same charger cable with other adapters, same issue.

Could you please advise on how I might resolve this issue? Is there a specific step I should take to fix this, or should I consider replacing the cable or seeking professional assistance?

Bro ofcourse you'll get a minor shock when the electricity is flowing through it. I too get it when I unintentionally touch the charger cable when it's connected. Just switch of the adapter when not in use
