Some time stuck and restart

In few days I am facing  restart  and stuck  problem in my Samsung m 31 why this happened

Visit service center, its motherboard problem, if its under warranty then it will be replaced for free, otherwise they will charge 8k, instead buy a new phone and raise this matter on twitter as this is Samsung's fault and they are silent
