Phone freezes and restarts often

Phone suddenly freezes and restarts , I'm playing a video on YouTube and it suddenly got stuck in the middle of a video while audio from the YouTube kept playing in the background and phone is stuck ..what kind of errors are these on such a good phone.. I don't know what kind of security updates you guys give ..some problem arises at some point in time ,this issue in galaxy m31 device

Then,What will happen tell me ? Nothing will happen they will said go to care center and center will said please pay 177₹ for testing and after that they will said your motherboard is damaged please replace it by pay 7000₹...

Exactly just came from the service center,the cost they told me of the motherboard was 8500

Many users reported about this issue here.
For some users, it got fixed after factory reset.
For some users, after Flashing new firmware.
For some users it fixed after changing motherboard.
For some users it was fixed after next software update.
For some users, it is not fixed even after following the above tips.
But noone knows the exact solution for this issue.
